Repe

Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

In short: Repe keeps everything on your phone. There's no account, nothing is sent to us or anyone else, and there are no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What Repe keeps, and where

Your plan, workouts, sets, weights and reps, the plates at your gym, your settings and reminder times, and what you tell Repe about yourself (goal, experience, body weight, height, age and sex) are stored in Repe's database on your phone. We never receive them.

Apple Health (iPhone)

If you allow it, Repe reads your body weight, height, biological sex and date of birth from Apple Health to estimate your first weights. You can skip it and type them in. Repe never writes to Apple Health, never sends Health data anywhere, and never uses it for advertising.

Notifications and the rest timer

Training-day reminders and the tap when your rest is over are scheduled on your phone by the system. The rest timer on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island is shown by iOS from data on your phone. Nothing about them reaches us.

Backups

If you back up your phone (iCloud, or Google on Android), the system may include Repe's data in that backup, under Apple's or Google's terms and your settings.

Ratings

When Repe asks for a rating, the App Store or Google Play shows its own sheet. Repe doesn't see what you choose.

Deleting your data

Delete the app and everything Repe stored goes with it. There's no copy anywhere else.

Children

Repe isn't directed at children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone.

Changes

If a future version adds anything that leaves your phone, such as an account or training with friends, this page will say so before that version is released, with the date above changed.
